If you are the age group who grew up with John Hughes movies, did you have a favorite? If so, why? Do you still quote John Hughes movies? Give me a quote!
My favorite quote is: Brian Johnson: "Saturday, March 24,1984. Shermer High School, Shermer, Illinois, 60062. Dear Mr. Vernon, We accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it was we did wrong. What we did *was* wrong. But we think you're crazy to make us write an essay telling you who we think we are. What do you care? You see us as you want to see us - in the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. You see us as a brain, an athlete, a basket case, a princess and a criminal. Correct? That's the way we saw each other at 7:00 this morning. We were brainwashed."
One of the WGN radio hosts is suggesting that as on homage to John Hughes, everyone introduce themselves this weekend, wherever they go as Abe Froman, Sausage King Of Chicago. I think it's brilliant.
So, hi, I'm Abe Froman, Sausage King Of Chicago and I'd like to thank you for stopping by FCR today.

So funny! I absolutely loved that movie. I think my favorite was Pretty in Pink... so hard to quote a favorite line but one of my fave parts was when Andie confronted Blaine: "What about prom, Blaine?" So heartbreaking. Happy GNO!
That was great! One of my favorites was just actually just about every line from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. When his sister is in the police station and introduces herself to the criminal (Charlie Sheen) as "Shauna" and the background music says it, too...man, I just laugh every time1
I will be leaving Entrecard as of May 5th. Please become a follower and bookmark my blog so you don't miss out on any happenings at Fire Crotch Rocket. Too many of my blogger friends have gotten hit with Trojans and Viruses while visiting sites through Entrecard. It's time to leave Entrecard.
I have enjoyed your visits and hope you continue to stop by. Thank you!

I loved that movie as I said at your other blog but it did kinda make me crazy that it was all filmed in one spot.
Happy VGNO! Have a great weekend :)
